Manatee Neighborhood Stabilization Program

Our Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) offers individuals and families an income eligible housing option, while strengthening the Bradenton community. We are pleased to offer  30 units of two- and three-bedroom apartments in two locations.  Residents will enjoy ease of access to  employment opportunities and bus routes.  Activities are available for residents at the offsite Life Long Learning Center.  Other amenities include personal mailboxes, laundry hookups, and a pet friendly atmosphere.

Manatee Supported Living Program

The Supported Living Program is offered in three Bradenton  locations to serve individuals that seek income eligible housing with behavioral healthcare. We are pleased to offer housing in two-bedroom apartments, duplexes and a home. Public transportation supports reliable employment. Training and employment support are available for residents offsite at the Life Long Learning Center.  The program provides personal mailboxes, laundry hookups, and a pet friendly atmosphere.

VOA Living Centers

Our 3 Living Center programs provide income eligible housing and behavioral healthcare services in quiet, residential communities that are located on bus routes and convenient to employment opportunites.  Each property enjoys its own community room with planned, group activities.  Other amenities include personal mailboxes, laundry facilities, and a pet friendly atmosphere.
