    The Home Depot Foundation, The Home Depot IT Department and their vendor partners in Miami worked with Volunteers of America of Florida to transform housing for veterans as well as a service center for veterans.   • Arbor Place Veterans NeighborhoodLIFT Initiative

    WELLS FARGO AWARDED GRANT TO VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA OF FLORIDA - Funding will provide local veterans safe and decent affordable supportive housing. Wells Fargo Regional President Carl Miller and Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn awarded Volunteers of America of Florida a Local Initiative Grant as part of Wells Fargo’s NeighborhoodLIFT program.

  • New Pensacola Housing

    We recently opened new housing communities in Pensacola to meet the needs of two special groups - veterans experiencing homelessness and persons dealing with disabilities. Our residents are enjoying the comfort and security of their own home with supportive services to help them rebuild and sustain their dignity and self-respect.
